Oh my.

I'm honestly way too innocent/childish/whatever to view that comic.
It's draw fantastically but *cough*, uh I'll just go... over there...

You're not alone. ;)

One of the things I appreciate most on this thread - whatever is your personal opinion on something, you are almost guaranteed to find people who think the same.
Well, that and the constant supply of screenshots, artworks and links to new fanfics, and the occasional virtual tissue. These are great, too ;)

Xenopervs and Xenoprudes. Hahahahha I like it!

I dunno really but I like to think that it's a technique he's perfected over the years. It's a pretty picture and I love his markings. Let's just give ourselves this one :P

Said with love, of course.

I like his eyes a lot. I really think I have a fetish for turian eyes.

I know I have a fetish for turians and feel no shame about it!:P

Welcome. I have beer.

That, and the fact that people who disagree with you never put you down. It's a nice change from what usually happens on forums.

And no ridiculous screaming and yelling from the girl. You know the type I'm talking about if you've seen it. I've always thought "If she's coherent enough to yell and scream in full sentences like that, try harder." Ehehehe. *cough*

Ugh yes. The porn movie line syndrome. That is such a buzzkill. Especially when you read it in your head in ridiculous pornstar voice and then everything is ruined forever.

That being said, I'm in the Xenoperv camp. Hell, I started playing Mass Effect because a friend told me I can get into a relationship with the awesome dinobird alien. Yeeesssss.

This thread is probably the most welcoming of all threads. People are polite and not hostile towards each other even when there's an argument going on. It's always nice to come back here.:)

Maybe because there's more estrogen going around? How many are male? I know there's a good amount but the majority of regulars seem to be female?

That makes me wonder about the femturians. I somehow get the feeling that they're the ones who pursue males because of Garrus' reactions to the romance. Any thoughts on turian courting norms?

I dunno, women can be pretty nasty, especially to each other. =p

I think Garrus' reaction to the romance is more due to Shep being human rather than anything else. As for turian courting norms, we know that complimenting the girl (and more specifically her fringe and her waist) is apparently a plus, as well as bringing alcohol and music. So pretty similar to some human dates, I guess, although they seem to enjoy different kinds of... romantic... music. That, or Garrus was right when he said he was not a romantic guy (I still disagree wholeheartedly).

I thought the wine and music thing was something he picked up from the vids? Although it's not too far a stretch to think that "wine, women and song" would translate across species ;)

Mordin's line about "less alcohol and mood music required" had me believe that it's pretty much a popular courting norm for a lot of species.

And Garrus hadn't watched the vids yet. =p

*proudly waves Xenoperv flag*

The xenoperviness started with an innocent enough fangirl crush on Zeratul in StarCraft (because he's pure distilled AWESOME) and now look where I am :innocent:

And I dunno, some girls can get pretty loud.  Back in college one of the girls in the dorm opposite mine (as in, across the bloody alley in another building) could be heard from two buildings away when she got it on with the window open.

I can appreciate the comics... but they were hotter when the artist was focusing on how the characters felt for each other rather than the "getting down to business" part.   Now it's just kinda... meh.

I'm a hopeless romantic, dammit.  :crying:

I have to be entirely honest.  When Shep and Garrus got together in ME2, the first thing I thought was, "Death cannot stop true love.  All it can do is delay it for a while."

What an amazing movie.

It'll get back to that when they're done, if that's any consolation.

Also hi guys.

Oh!  YAY!  Um, hi.  The art is gorgeous.  I know very little about art, I'm just a penmonkey.

I'll eagerly await the sappy part. :innocent:

Kaidan's a sweetie but just not my type...not my FemShep's type either. I'm not into badboys but I do require a dude with huge quads. I applaud Kaidan for taking out Vyrnnus (spelling?) but his badassery can't level with Garrus'.

It's so nice to meet you! Your comic is just amazing! You have a wonderful talent and you have captured the femshep/garrus relationship so perfectly .  The tone of your work is just like goldilocks' porridge. You got it "just right" it's very sexy but its also very tasteful and respectful  to the characters.  We never got to see more of garrus' anatomy in ME3 *grumble* so I'm using your art as my headcanon cos it's just that good.  Am I rambling? I'm rambling aren't I? Posted Image
