The FOB scene where all your squadmates are hanging around are the same, it's when you're running to the beam that a new scene got added, and it will spear you through the heart and make you cry like you're 5 years old again =P 

Agreed. That scene killed me. My fiance just did it with I won't say who and it felt like a normal goodbye scene. The Garrus one is great. Still have to see the Liara one.

No idea.  She said it in both of my playthroughs too.  I think if it's not her, then it's Garrus.  I wonder who says it if you take both Garrus and Liara on the push.  Maybe Ash/Kaidan, and if they aren't there, Tali? 

I seem to be the only one who had Javik say it. Hmm Mind you, I took Garrus & Liara on the final run. And it was still Javik and Garrus to come out of the ship at the end.

Nope. It happens when the screen goes white in the original ending (and that was the part for me in which everything went to hell).

This might actually be my new favourite scene of the romance.

Technical question: Destroy choice given, is the "Shepard breathes" scene the same from before, and the 'last' visible thing before the credits? If that, I'd say it's very possible to replace that with a reunion scene of one's personal choice that makes actual sense without really altering the now canon story, be it as true video (no experience there) or a screenshot / art / picture slide show (easily possible, can provide an example myself when the weekend comes).

Yes, it's the last thing you see before the credits  A reunion scene is almost encouraged to be headcanoned, but I don't want to spoil the other scenes for you.

Would anyone happen to know where/if a video of the goodbye scene for Garrus is up anywhere? I already saw Kaidan's in game, and Garrus' is the only other character I'm really interested in seeing )

No, mine is in French. I figured I'd find an English one easily enough, and I almost always play the game in French anyway.

I think what I honestly like about the EC, even though I still despise the Starchild with all my heart, is that we went from a purely bitter ending, to an actual bitterSWEET ending. I cried, yes. Still am, actually (just saw the Tali scene, it might be even more heartwrenching than Garrus's). But...

...seeing asaris hug each other and cheering on Thessia as Reapers fell, seeing krogan babies (KROGAN BABIES!) on Tuchanka, seeing Garrus have that little twitch of his mandibles at the end, meaning "she's totally alive and I'm getting her back"... the ending is far from perfect, but I actually want to play the trilogy again.

So has anyone been browing the general forums?  Someone found some stuff in the file that talks about a DLC in the works.  There are some amusing LI lines, although it doesn't specify who says them.  I've spent the past 10 minutes or so trying to guess which ones are Garrus.
