I mean, people have even been known to pretend that Garrus' tone is different with a FemShep when you first meet him  in ME2 and he says, "but please...it's just Garrus to you".

Hello everyone i'm new to this thread and after reading through it I have decided to show my support to my favorite turian. Garrus for me is a must have member in my squad and in ME2 the first thing I do is to get Garrus back as he is so versatile in any firefight.

Also I love his personality always make jokes and making the best of any situation, though I feel sorry for him as not alot of things go right for him Shepard dying, losing his squad on Omega and problems with his mother, I just hope that something goes right for him in ME3.

Which reminds me.. if we get anything besides/in-addition-to hugging in terms of affectionate interaction, I'd totally be down for some hair playing (except I guess there's some Shepards without hair, hm..) since that seems to be a general fascination (that and ear touching maybe) for turians. And maybe some mandible touching/fringe-stroking (omg, please add this!) for FemShep, yes.. just those little touches here and there that let us know there's some chemistry going on. Make it so, Bioware!

Ugh  yes, this please! In loads of fanfic I've read, there have been little comments about Garrus playing with femshep's hair and now the seed has been planted in my mind, I'd love to see it happen (even just once!) Just another little note of the ever-growing closeness and intimacy between the two. I mean, she strokes his face and fills that space between them but it'd be nice to see something a little more than Garrus raising his hand (suggestively ) then FADE TO BLACK.

True but Garrus totally makes turtlenecks look sexy so there is that!

Hence why Shep looks too young: because it's not Shep either.

As for the turian, the tattoo is misleading: it's the same as Garrus, only purple.

Apparently.  All of a sudden the animation started freaking the hell out and his head got sucked into his collar.

That is now my personal canon: When Garrus is feeling frumpy, he hides in his shell.

(And that's actually the Liaramancer, BTW; Garrusmancing Shep rolls red and black.)

At least you got a cute glitch. The one I got with Garrus was a bit eerie. During the javelin mission, his animation froze into a standing position with him hovering and following Shepard like a ghost. And not the normal, fidgety standing idly position, no, it was a skeleton pose that animators use to make sure they nail all the details correctly so he looks like a spread-eagled, crucified with rifle in one outstretched hand creepy.
