I was super active on the forums after ME3, so I was sad when they locked the character forum and everyone sort of drifted out. No announcement about re-opening it either 
But I fell down a Garrus nostalgia trip earlier today, and I'm glad to see that the thread is back.

Brandon Keener's also the voice of the alien Speaker in XCOM 2. Which I didn't recognize at first, because the Speaker is so damn sleazy

On principle, I try avoid coming up with headcanon that directly contradicts established canon. I feel it kind of cheapens the experience. I make one exception to this rule though: My Shepard didn't intentionally miss that bottle (you know the one), he actually couldn't hit it, because Garrus is actually a better shot than him.

FluffyNinjaLlama is usually a good resource. She has all of the conversations a separate clips, not a movie, though.
Dana Duchy's compilation starts at the reach and flexibility conversation and ends rather abruptly with the beam run, but does contain the Citadel DLC.
This one starts at Garrus' recruitment in ME2 and ends with MEHEM. Citadel DLC is included.
I can't say whether their FemSheps were Paragon or Rengade as I didn't watch the videos.

Thank you Shinobu! I watched that whole romance video. I think Shepard in that one is paragon. It was fun! I didn't remember how flirty Garrus was and Shepard as well
I'm going to watch some videos from FluffyNinjaLlama later. Maybe there is renegade Shepard romancing Garrus. I romanced Garrus with mostly paragon Shepard but I never romanced him with renegade Shepard. I bet it would be interesting.

Shepard is more flirty in Mass Effect 2.
Garrus is dropping heavy hints that he's definitely still interested in Mass Effect 3.
I think that's why I love ME3 Garrus the most. He's had a taste of the Shepard, and he wants more, but he's teasing her as he goes along. He drops hints on how important she is to him, also how sexy, and how she shouldn't resist him, until he takes her to the top of the citadel and asks her if she'll be a "one-turian kind of woman."
Sexy / confident Garrus is more appealing to me than awkward / calibrating / unsure about interspecies sexy times Garrus.
I only did the Garrus romance once in ME2 but that last part when he is all fumbling around and not sure what to do or say is pretty cute but the best part of that scene is the smile my paragon Shep flashes at him, priceless.

I agree, while still cute, ME2 Garrus pales in comparison in sexiness to ME3 Garrus.
But maybe that's just me.
