 So, question for you folks. (Please forgive me if I'm n00bing it up; I didn't realize I'd get as obsessed with ME2/3 as I am with DA/DA2. I'm still learning.

Is Garrus confirmed as a permanent or temp squadmate in ME3? Or do we know yet?

We know that Garrus is a squadmate for at least part of the game. How much of it is anyone's guess.

First Garrus was announced as permanent with the VS, Vega and Liara. Then it was said that 'permanent' wont work as in ME1/ME2 so now anything can turn out.

Who cares, why does that contest mean so much to people? If you like Garrus so much, why would you want him relegated to demeaning position of sidekick? He should have never been in that contest to begin with as he is no sidekick.

I actually find these sorts of contests really entertaining. The lengths people will go to troll and skew the results, the internet drama, gamespot's attempts to moderate it... it's just beautiful. They did it last year as well.

That and I may be a compulsive gambler.

My thoughts exactly, though I tend to frown on most internet polling as it seems to always be full of bias and other strange practices.

The Shadow-broker dossiers makes it clear that Garrus is Shepard's equal in terms of leadership and combat skill, possibly even better, so the whole "sidekick" thing seems more like an insult that something positive.

But then maybe I'm just not fun and hip enough to appreciate such polling attempts. Regardless, it has been harped on a lot and we all know where to vote, should we choose to do so.

And that top of the page.. yeah, saving that one.

Oh plz BW....for the love of all things that are holy.......I hope we see garrus without his visor AT LEST once. Let us see BOTH his beautiful eyes w/o having that visor obscure our view of the left eye. I love his visor so much, but come on now - Imma even quote garrus himself on this! XD

If there is one person who can get away with wearing his visor in places and situations where you usualy don't it is Garrus Vakarian.
