Well that seems a little extreme , I'd make up as many excuses as I possibly can for his change of voice, then realize non of them change anything and then I'll try get him killed on purpose.

Well in all honesty I wouldn't try and get him killed, but for a large part the character will probably lose his charm and it'd certainly ruin the immersion for me.

Mordin without Beattie isn't Mordin to me and it won't feel nearly as bad when i lose someone at the Sucide mission on purpose

Throwing my support in here. Beattie took that character to the next level. The V/A during his loyalty mission was the strongest in the game and just shouldn't be replaced. Excited about ME3, but this is by far the worst news I've heard during it's development. Very hopeful there is time to change.

It makes me a little angry tbh. Beattie wants to voice Mordin again, BioWare knows how much the fans loved Mordin, and yet they do something as stupid as change his voice??? They might as well change Garrus and Wrex's voices while they're at it.

It amazes me that people think BW wouldn't pick Beatty because they are unaware of his voiceacting qualities. If he isn't there it's because they couldn't come to an agreement over the service, or someone thinks he smelled bad or something. As for boycotting, how many percent of the buyers do you think even know who Beatty is, 1%?
That said he did an awesome job and it would be a pity no having him back.

Changing his VA is a bad idea, Bioware. Doesn't matter how good the impersonator is, it wont be the same.

Or how about we make a petition and get everyone on the forums to sign it to show bioware we want him back?  Please?

I support getting Mr Beattie back as Mordin's voice. His works just fits the character best, and if I hear anything else it won't be the same character.
