If only to have a reaper crash through the roof and say in a Soverien like voice:
"I OBJECT!"

An option like that would be nice for us romantics here, especially for those of us who consider the romance options an important part of the story.

I'm not saying BioWare should utterly dedicate every waking moment in their prolonged development time to put effort into such a thing, but it'd just be nice to have that possible future available post-Reaper War.

I've thought about this, probably too much.
I have a Shepard who would marry the LI before the final battle in a small personal service as a defiant show of faith that they would have a future together.
I've got a Shepard who would make the commitment to get married after they win the final battle by destroying or pushing the reapers back into dark space.
Then there is the Shepard who sees no reason to get married, its just a piece of paper and they don't need it.

But with all that, I don't want an actual option for a wedding during the game.

I would like an option to talk about their future together through out the game and in one of those conversation have an option to talk about marriage, being together in the future, lets wait till we win or I do care but I'm not ready for commitment lets just take one minuet at a time. Or something like that.

As long as there is one ending where they do have a future together I'll settle for that. Anything more is icing.

Maybe they could just release a toolkit and some talented modder could do it. But then again, it's not like they don't have time at this point, nine months is a long time.

If it doesn't kill the pacing and doesn't feel out of place given the tone of the rest of the game, romances included, fine. If it's full of taffeta and sap, please no. Do not want.

There are all sorts of problems with weddings that I highly doubt it will be implemented. Starting with alien culture.

Please no, weddings become a horrible complication... what with aliens and the like. It's almost like hybrid babies to me.

I don't really want a wedding for my Shepards. I would just like for them to be able to kick back, relax with their (wo)man, and get laid like a normal person. You know, not because the world is about to end.

A wedding discussion would be nice for those who romanced a human or Liara. For alot of people Shepard is a character within a story, a story the player has a hand in telling but a character nonetheless. An option for Shepard to speak about a wedding with their LI rather than the usual "Sex NAOH!" that Shepard usually does in ME2 would be much welcomed.

As fun as it would be to see Wrex in a suit (or a dress) next to a "feminine" Jack and an uncomftorable Grunt, that can stay within the realm of mods (like in Dragon Age) or fan fiction. But a simple discussion on "what's next" at the end like in Dragon Age Origins would be much appreciated.

i doubt people still bother to get married that far into the future. its so archaic and primitive, might as well get rid of it.

I SUPPORT this idea.  And it would be nice if it wasn't just once every two years or so!Image IPB

To have an actual ceremony in the game, doesn't really seem to fit ME. If it was an Epilogue to their lives after the battle and it shows them settling down and married or just living together, I'd be all for it.

The ultimate symbol of a man and a woman's love for each other, representing their commitment to each other no matter what the world might throw at them...and you think it's archaic and primitive? You sir, are a douche.
