Does anyone want certain missions that are only available after completion of the main story in ME3? Such as clean up duty much like what Shepard was doing before the Collector attack on the SR1.
Missions after the Reapers are gone.

Maybe. They would have to do them right. I wouldn't mind seeing a couple of story DLCs either.

It could work. Maybe we could finish off Cerberus if we don't get the chance to during the main game?

Yes, I'd love to have some stuff to do after the grand finale, as it were.
With Mass Effect 1, as soon as I played out all the squad variations and got my savegame for ME2, I stopped playing it.
But because ME2 doesn't "lock down" as soon as you finish the game, I keep going back to it, just to explore the Normandy, some of my favorite hubs and so on.
And I actually played 3 DLCs (Overlord, Shadow Broker, Arrival) after finishing ME2, so I do actually play after the endgame event.
So, yes, I'd definitely love to see this feature return for ME3.

I do most N7 missions after the main game in ME2 so I'd definitely love to see some actual post-reaper missions.

I would just like to see some missions that aren't N7 or DLC. That actually mean something to the story.

It would be nice if during the missions where you're trying to save someone, that they'd be able to be saved about half the time. This was kind of addressed in ME2 due to the fact that there weren't as many of those missions, but in ME1 it was that one politician who denied the L2 people the money, and the rest were corpse recoveries, and not rescue.

I'd appreciate an epilogue of some sort (think DA:O, where if you survived you can chat with your companions one last time, and ask for a boon from the king/queen), but it'd be kinda silly if you could still complete "Get Minor Race Gamma to Lend Support" after the battle is already won.

I want to hunt down that batarian terrorist, wassisname, from BDtS. He has something coming to him.

I guess we could go liberate Tali's home world, or something. Conquering a planet seems like small potatoes after saving the galaxy. Again.

You think everyone is just gonna put down their conflicts and live happily ever after once the reapers are gone? There could be council space vs terminus systems, humans and turians could spike up a conflict again due to tension, and the krogan are always out there...

I think doing so would severely restrict the dramatic content of different endings so I am not so keen. It worked for ME2, to some extent, but there was only superficial differences between the possible endings.
IMO they need to get creative for the DLC. For the first one or two they can just add a new squadmate if they want and that will work fine because enough people will still be fresh to the game. After that though, a large percentage of people will be unwilling to replay the game just for DLC so they need another avenue.
An idea I had and suggested in another thread was that you could play as a different character to tell parts of the story that Shepard was not at hand to witness. That way it could be included in the game or played completely seperately. For example, suppose the DLC told the story of what happened to Liara between becoming the shadow broker and rejoining Shepard. Sqad mates of Theron and the SB Drone. You could play it completely seperately or you could trigger it from a conversation with Liara when you meet her by asking "How did you get here [play Liara DLC]"

Agree with post above me. Sorry, Shepard just fought an intergalactic super race in what seemed like Armageddon. hell, if I was Shepard i'd retire right after that mission. or shack up and make some babies.

Story-wise I think it would be a bad thing to have missions after the finale. It's quite possible that the ending, good or bad, involves Shepard dying. Well actually, it would have been possible under ME1 story direction, probably not so now. DLC is too big of a money spinner.
I think Malanek999's idea of different characters could be ok, say playing as some quarian in a quarian-geth post-reaper war, while trying to broker peace. But again, it's not the money spinner that a Shepard DLC would be.

Come on, you really wouldn't want to play as say Wrex? You don't think there would be interest if there was a compelling story, well designed mechanics and highly polished?

Well...maybe. But that's what I don't like about the Dragon Age series. You spend so much time on one character, just have them dropped in the sequel and then everything you did with that character is pretty much meaningless. Mass Effect doesn't work that way, and that's one of the main reason why I like it.
But if it fit the parameters you just described, I might play it. I've become ridiculously attached to my Shepard. I've had the same one since I first played ME1 back in 2008.

No, shepard is the only character for me. Half of these alien races are obnoxious anyways!

It wouldn't feel right. It's like watching the cleanup portion after a cooking show or the police doing paperwork. No one wants to have to deal with that.

Some kind of epilogue yeah...
Cleaning up the mess, seeing the world(s) recovering. The galaxy moving on.
