After I beat ME2 and all lthe sidequests is ther anywhere to go to fight badguys?  Or have i killed every single badguy in the game already?

After youve done the SM, all DLC and N7 missions, thats it. Nothing left to do except cuddle your LI and strip mine the galaxy for resources.
