I think it's more like hitting a dog with a dart.
A really really fast dog then

This dog will be too busy chewing on it's bone while the dart is coming at him.
Chewing on his bone while moving at FTL. He doesn't really need to dodge at that point

He means the ships hitting the reaper would be moving at FTL, not the reaper itself.

The Reaper won't be moving at FTL it will be doing whatever it's supposed to do at earth with all the other Reapers.
My mistake then. Still a diffucult task with no garuntee of helping. Granted, the increased momentum (if it works the same way in the vaccum of space) would probably pack one hell of punch, accuracy would be shot to hell.

Yeah, you definitely want to do that far away from a populated planet. And you especially don't want to try it with reapers that are already in the atmosphere. Bad, bad idea.

What if you wait for a Reaper to go through relay A, and destroy relay B before it comes out?
And then they would forever be trapped in a never ending hole in space. We could call it the A hole... or the B hole... I'm not picky. Which ever one of those you would perfer.

Then it flies at FTL speeds, with no way to slow down, into a supernova.

Would the Reaper travel endlessly through space or go splat eventually.DimaR8 wrote...

Edit: Would the mass relay even do anything without it's corresponding relay, because before a ship can travel the relay needs to align itself so maybe you arrive at a random relay.

Even faster than FTL speeds almost instantaneous.TSC_1 wrote...

Well, the mass relay would work because you'd wait for the Reaper go in before taking out the relay it would come out of (i.e. relay
My guess is that it would either bounce back out of the first relay (in this case I'd destroy both relays), or it would get trapped in an A hole

That's kind of like trying to hit a moving fly with a dart. It'll kill the bastard, but it's gonna miss 99.999999999999999....9% of the time

Let the developers think of how we'll kill the reapers. that's what we pay them for afterall.
Truth that. Although, they probably have a solution by now, at least they better.
