1:  Will the bonus missions available in the limited edition be available later as DLC?

2:  Is it too late to implement cluster munitions in the game somehow?  I *LOVE* cluster munitions.

1) Probably (bad sales move otherwise)

I really want number 1 answered. Haven't seen anything about it yet... and I doubt we will until the CE is sold out. Bad marketing move to say that you can get CE content without buying the CE.

1) Probably not. If they start doing it, they will lose sales for future CE's, especially if the term "exclusive content" is used as part of the selling point.
