The one chasing Shepard on foot. It looks very inevitable. Even though firing at it from the turret doesn't seem to have any effects, I think Shepard is doing his best against the inevitable with whatever weapons he has at his disposal. There is a good sense of heroism and doom to this.
Besides, we can't see how it ends, and it looks like the Reaper finally catches up with Shepard, and they're going to enter close combat. Maybe Shepard will do some damage then. Maybe he can climb the Reaper and stab it with his omni-blade. Or turn off its defenses manually. (Reminds me for some reason of how Harry Potter jumped that troll and stabbed its nose with his wand.)
Also, I like it that the Reaper doesn't fire at Shepard and is just chasing him. It wants to harvest Shepard. It's attracted to his genes that make him so brave and warlike. It wants to pick Shepard up and liquify him properly, so that no genetic material of the Commander would be lost.
I've been watching a fan video, this, and I love that moment at 0:51 how Saren says "The Reapers can't be stopped - not by the Protheans, not by you. The cycle always continues," just when that unstoppable Reaper is chasing Shepard, and it's huge form is closing on Shepard, overshadowing the setting sun.

It looks like the same kind of reaper as the one from the other earth trailer that shoots down those two transports.
Might be some kind of smaller "shock trooper" reaper or something. I'm digging the multiple reaper designs.
