I downloaded ME to my new computer today, and for some reason the dialogue wheel seems to move incredibly slow. Not that the actual chat lags, when selecting a dialogue option, I have to move my mouse a million times to get it to where I want it. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, can you tell me how to fix it? I did check all my settings on my previous computer and they are the exact same.

Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit
AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5600+ 2.80 GHz
4 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
Driver Version 266.58
DirectX 10.0

I just downloaded it off the Origin thing so I don't think know if that updates it to the latest patch or not.
