This isn't really a technical issue I don't think. So I created my Human Warrior, made him all awesome looking. I saw at the end of the creater that we could upload the character info to this website. When I logged in through the game though it said I must be logged in in order to do that. I was logged in, it says in the bottom cornor that you are logged in lol. Just wondering if this feature is turned off for the time being.

It 'works' for me in that it says it's uploading and acknowledges that I'm logged in, but so far I haven't seen my characters show up on the site. I imagine this is because it takes some time to update, so I'm not worried. As far as your problem, have you tried restarting the creator or re-logging in?

It will take a while to appear on the site once it has uploaded - but once it has, it will show up on the right side of the choose portrait screen.

So even if when you upload your character and it says there is zero characters in your Player Profile you just need to wait a while?

Yes just wait a while and your character should be displayed. There are so many users trying to create their characters right now so it causes some delays.

I get a system error every time I try to log in. Running as admin and firewall is clear.

I'm logged in and hitting upload, but nothing. When I hit 'Profile' or w/e it sends me here so I know they're linked. But my portrait isn't appearing in the photo selection screen. I've heard it can take a while but everyone else seems to be getting theirs without a problem. It's been over an hour for me! >.<

It doesn't seem to want to let me log in in the character creator... Of course, I had a devil of a time loging into this site to download it in the first place, so maybe it's the same thing; servers too busy. Still, it'd be nice if it said that, instead of accusing me of mucking up my password.

When I try to upload, the webpage says "user not found"t.  Obviously I am a user as I'm posting this.  Any ideas?

OK, boy do I feel sheepish; I was putting in my login name, not my email address. *Sigh* one of these days I'll learn to read the field labels before I enter any data. I am dumb.

You might want to try and upload a second time. I did mine at around 5 PM and still had nothing. Just went and clicked upload again and it was up on the website immediately.

I've tried uploading several times of the past few hours and nothing. Hmmm....

I don't fully know why, but it wouldn't work when I was going through msn, but I was able to see my characters when I went into explorer... I think that was only because I have issues with logging into some sites in msn and not with explorer.

I am also having the problem of having a greyed out login button. Has anyone else had this problem? Other than the imported_beer that is.

I can log in, make characters, and save them, but I don't see an "upload" button anywhere. I've looked everywhere. I get no "upload" button to upload my characters to the website.
