Doh! I just noticed the Log In button in the bottom left hand corner of the Character Creator ... it seems to be working now!

I just reupdated mine for the fourth time, it finally worked.

Seems to be multiple times. My first upload done a few hours after launch yesterday never showed up. I just tried again, and I can now see an empty Dragon Age Player Profile in the change profile photo link, that's a good sign, hopefully my first test image will be along soon...

E2A: My second upload worked, and was available within a few minutes...

I too had some difficulties uploading character data. What worked for me was clicking the "Online Profile" button after uploading the characters. I reloaded my profile page twice, and the uploaded characters appeared. Hope this helps

I can't seem to find the upload character button. Its at the end of creation right? because for the life of me I don't see one anywhere.

Found it feel really stupid.

Well, it's been 9 hours for me and still no image. Will try uploading again later.

UPDATE: I finally got mine to show up. All I did was modify my character's portrait a little and tried uploading again (for the 5th or 6th time) and this time it managed to show up.

It seems that getting your character to appear here involves some mystical voodoo or some kind of strange Bioware chicanery...<_<

Grr. I too am having issues. I keep getting the "you must be logged in or have an account" message. Clearly I am both, so what gives? Anyone have a solution to this?

highcastle, are you sure you were logged in with the Character Creator? Your email should show up in the bottom left corner of the Character Creator's screen if you are.

My guess is that the bioware servers are a bit hard pressed with all the new faces. ;-)

I'm still not able to see anything here that I've uploaded... tried multiple times on multiple characters over 18 hours or so, and read the entire bug thread for suggestions but nothing I've tried works, sigh No error messages, just nothing arriving.

It 'works' for me in that it says it's uploading and acknowledges that I'm logged in, but so far I haven't seen my characters show up on the site. I imagine this is because it takes some time to update, so I'm not worried. As far as your problem, have you tried restarting the creator or re-logging in?

Haha, great portrait! Anyways, the uploading works for me. Just takes varying amounts of time.

works fine to upload for me, i had to wait 30 min though before the characters i uploaded showed up in my profile

Same issue. Its almost been 24 hours since i uploaded and still nothing
