Actually, it seems that updating characters works better than creating new ones. Have you tried changing some minor detail (possibly changing one stat then setting it back to the original value will suffice), then uploading them again?

After 22 times uploading it, my char is finally here. Although where is the portrait background that I chose?

Aye i have. I'll give it a few more tries later..hope it goes through

I get an error when trying to upload my character, but the upload box still flashes in front and I cant get to the ok button which I assume is behind to remove the error message. The error is that it says it is having issues connecting to my online profile, even though I am obviously connected to write this

Apparently there's an issue logging in from inside the character creator, where it doesn't handle passwords that contain non-alphanumeric characters.

24hours nothing. So I tried again this morning, still nothing. Guess I'll give it another 24hrs and try again. /sigh

I am also having trouble with uploads. Having gotten it and creating 3 characters on the 13th, none of them showed up. I deleted them all after reading and created a new one about 3 hours ago and he has yet to show up.

I have two friends that got the creator after me and their characters are uploading fine. I make sure to log in, see my email at the bottom, and then proceed with no change. I click save, it tells me it saved, then click done, and get no error messages.

Waiting patiently of course, but hope to have this resolved soon!

I did my first attempt at uploading this morning, and after getting logged in within the Character Creator (took a couple of attempts), I was able to upload both of the PC's I've created so far. Had to do a bit of interesting navigation for a few minutes to initially find them (went to Games > Browse DA Character Profiles, then in the dropdown selected My Characters). When they showed up there, I was able to then view them from within my DA PC Profiles.

I tried to upload a char, but for some reason when I got to log in the creator, it doesn't have a functioning "Log In" button. I put in my Email and Password, and it stays grayed out.

The header bar for the final screen, where it says "Upload Info"? That's the upload button. Why they decided to hide it as a title bar, I don't know.

I've had some luck uploading characters at different times. This morning around 6 am central time but in the later afternoon, I have tried and it works sometimes. I just keep trying and eventually one of them seems to work. wierd or just too much activity maybe.

Uploads are put into a virtual bank so to speak and then transmitted to the social network they are delivered on a first come basis so as not to overload the network. There are a number of threads dealing with how to upload please go here http://social.biowar...tegory/20/index and you can find answers for every problem .. Remember bioware is running an online tournament today and traffic over the server is horrendous.

I think it seems to work better if someone else checks out your character profile. Tells the server peopel are interested in seeing your stuff so it shouldn't wait on updating your gear.

I think alot of people might be timing out when uploading by logging in first and then creating a character which might take alot of time up to many hours in somce cases.. then hit upload... My personal opinion is to load software after saving character, hit modify, next all the way to the end, then login amd then upload character to server, then click done and exit program, rinse and repeat.. whenever i have done this within 10-90 minutes it has updated.. please remember to also clear your browser cache using the ctrl key or whatever depending on your browser, it might be loading the old images from your browsers temp directory

I uploaded a few days ago, the first upload was successful, but the two after were not. I am wondering if I should try to upload again or wait? Can you have more than one character uploaded?

Uploading takes time. It only takes a few seconds for your date to go out from your PC, but it takes hours, likely more than a couple days for your character to finally show up here. I have uploaded a second character yesterday, waiting now for that one to show up.
