Currently, both Jack and Legion are unloyal and I did their missions, afterwords siding with Miranda and Tali respectively(I heard I should have gone the neutral way with Legion and Tali. Oh well too late.) Also, my Paragon and Renegade scores are about the same. Oh and to make things worse I don't have any earlier saves.

So am I pretty much screwed now to ensure the survival of everyone? I'm just before going through the Omega Relay but I still have some DLC missions so maybe I could get some more Paragon/Renegade.

If anyone could hellp, I'd appreciate it.

You can double check in the suicide mission guide. (stickied in this forum)

Otherwise, I would suggest saving first, then take both of them with you to the fight in the cargo hold.
As for the mission, itself, you can try keeping both with you throughout it, or make sure you have Garrus or Grunt in the second team(s). (Garrus can be the leader, Grunt I don't think so)

take them with you (in your squad) for the first and second parts of the suicide mission (but don't use jack as the biotic specialist, use samara). Then leave them holding the line and just hope the combined strength of your squad is enough to keep them alive. Having Zaeed helps, as he provides the same level of defense as Grunt and Garrus.

Also, don't do any more missions because if you take too long (read: one or more missions, except for Legion's loyalty mission), your crew (Kelly, etc.) will get killed.

I tried that but Jack still died. Oh well haha starting a new playthrough. Should i go Paragon or Renegade if I want to ensure her loyalty? I heard Renegade is the best for her.

Everyone else loyal? If so it should be easy, leave both of them on door defence at the end with Garrus, Grunt and Zaeed.

As for your question in this quote. It doesn't matter which you pick, as long as you aim to get 50% of either by the time you do Miranda's loyalty mission directly after Horizon. Then immediately do Jack's and you'll be able to resolve the issue as long as you have 50% paragon or renegade.

I left grunt and zaeed at the door which according to the suicide mission guide if i have 2 out of those 3 i should be set. Jack and legion were the only one's that weren't loyal, but jack still died.

However, I started a new play through and resolved the conflict so now onto finishing the game again.

Hmm... so Garrus was either Escort or Final Battle..

L Zaeed + Grunt = 8 points
NL Jack + Legion = 1 point
5 other squadmates = between 6 and 8 points
= Jack dead

Sooo... let me guess, you took Tali and Garrus to the final battle didn't you? Leaving Mordin and Kasumi along with the above mentioned 4 and 3 other squadmates. That'd give you 1.88 on the door defence which means 1 squadmate dead and Jack is first in line as she is unloyal and one of the weak squadmates as far as the HtL is concerned.

Either that or you sent 1 of Tali or Garrus back with the crew whilst the other was partnered with a medium loyal squadmate at the final battle... or you had Tali on door defence as well in place of one of the medium loyal squadmates which would've meant 1.77 and still Jack dying.
