Guess some imba mission concerning the Rachni or something like it.
As for why DLC-s. Money for number one thing, but other reason... so that ppl who get pirate cracked versions can't enjoy full game like that.

I don't have an issue with DLC as long as it's not day one content. The content we've been getting for ME2? They've been working on that after the fact, so I don't mind paying for it as long as it's reasonably priced. I would love to have some extra DLC for a while after the ME3 campaign is over. I'm also hoping to have more interesting options for non-mission things to do once beating the campaign as well, more so than in ME2.

EDIT: Maybe squadmate ones

I say...
NO to day-1 DLC, and basically any another kind of DLC that should have been part of the game itself (Kasumi).
HELL YES to DLC that is an addition to the game (LotSB, Overlord, Arrival)
Obviously, day-1 DLC isn't going anywhere because it is part of EA's efforts to fight renting, second hand purchases and piracy, though I think that it doesn't seem to work so well with the latter.

IF you support DLC you are killing the game industry.
It is nothing but a money grub. You get devs only going for the bare minimum content in the already expensive core game and then a bunch of DLCs at thievery price levels. It is ridiculous.
SAY NO TO DLC.

I don't like DLC that is available on launch day, but ME3 will probably have that with the squad member they are talking about with the Collector's Edition. After that I have no problem with DLC because its content that is being created after the game is launched and then we wouldn't get that content at all unless it was released as an expansion.

Everything SHOULD be in the game from the start.
Indeed.

I definitely support DLC for ME3 as long as they stick to quality DLC like the Loftsb and not like firewalker definitely help the replayability which I love about mass effect

I do not like the idea of charging for guns appearances and little add ons though I feel those should be free..... I dont know what all goes into the developing a new gun for a game but I feel bioware can reward ME fans definitely since we are willing to pay money for great extra mission dlc...... Loftsb was my favorite mission idk if it was fighting another spectre killing the shadow broker, the car chase or re-uniting with Liara but it was 10 dollars well spent

DLc's for any characters who dont make the final game would be nice if only to tie up there storylines(kasumi for instance), if you decide to add weapons and armour though maybe find a better way of doing so like say a mini restrival mission on a derelict ship that contains the new weapons in the armory(or the labs if they are ment to be experimental).

Must admit, I think the ME2 approach to DLC might be one of the few positive, non-money-grubbing ways to implement it.
You've either got cosmetic or otherwise non-essential stuff on the one hand (i.e., you're no worse off if you don't want to buy it), and on the other, the DLC missions were used to try out new approaches and gauge players' reactions to the changes.
In other words, DLC as beta-testing for ME3 (of sorts) - if the final game benefits from that, then my MS Points will have been well-spent.
