Ive a doubt if it is possible money-wise to buy both Tome from the guy in Hightown and the Elixir (skill) from Black Emporium and stiill have enough money to pay for the Deep Roads trip. Im just making sure before spending the money on elixir (already bought tome) and get stuck if its not possible.

Don't worry about money really
Dont wont to spoil anything for you here - but belive me - you dont need any money at all to start expeditdion.
So yes, you can buy both.

The game provides an escape clause in case you accidently spend all your money.

But I'd suggest taking a middle ground. Buy the tome in Hightown but wait on the Elixir until after the Deep roads. Emporium items never change but I think many vendors in Kirkwall will change their selection.

Dont worry about spoiling me, this is my 2nd playthrough and Im giving Nm a try. Just wanted to be sure I can spend the money and still do the expedition.

I heard I can get my 50g back afterwards, is that true?

You get 50g back at the beginning of Act 2. You can pocket it, or use it to repay the loan (if you went that route) I believe.

At the end of act 1 you will get a letter. Quest is called "Friends In Low Places".
