 at 1:03 somewhere you hear someone sayin "we need a plan to stop them". Sounds alot like Vigil from me1...

I don't think it sounds like Vigil at all.

Besides, he/it shut down shortly after Shepard's visit due to complete power loss.

In the trailer he sounds alot more emotional, which is to be honest weird for an ai, but im keeping all options open...
