That guy helped me max out both my paragon and renegade scores. I'd definitely have a blue, red, or purple drink with him. Maybe even all three!

Heck yes! Him as a drinking buddy. Having to refuse his offer to sit down with him at his table made me sad.
He's just too friendly and classy to be so neglected.

absolutely one of the best characters in either game. playing through the game the first time was great, played paragon and got along with him just fine. when i played through as renegade for the first time, he was the first character in the game to make me feel "legitimately" bad about my decision. great character.

This might refer to characters who were previously squad-mates and no longer are in ME3 or it could refer to relationships with NPCs like say Gianna Parasini, Shiala, or.. Lorik! Ok, that's just the overly hopeful fangurl in me coming out, but if it were an option, how many people would go for the classy, old turian?
I'd drop Garrus in a heartbeat for that darker, curious turian with the piercing gold eyes

*Shepard and co. are fighting Cerberus forces on Noveria, suddenly a Cerberus soldier appears behind Shepard and tries to shoot him.*
BOOM! Shepard spins around to see the Cerberus soldier slump to the ground.
