Okay, this is how it goes.
I own ME2 (for the PC I must add), I would have loved to buy DLCs for it (and for other games I own) problem is I can't give away my credit card number over the web.
Today I noticed a store 2.5 miles from my house started selling something like a pre paid cards for PSN
(a link for you if you can read hebrew or if you have a program that can translate that page, there is a picture of the item too)

Here are my questions about the subject.
1. Can I use PSN points to buy DLCs for the PC, or is it "bioware points" only ?
2. Does bioware sell pre paid "point cards" like that too ?
3. Are there any other ways I can get PC DLCs without giving away my credit card/bank account number over the web ?

You can purchase BioWare points through the Origin Store.

If you have any trepidation using your credit card/bank information online, there are many retailers that sell EA Game Cards. These have a value of $20 U.S. In the Origin Store, 1600 BioWare points are $20 US, so that would be more than enough to purchase DLC for Mass Effect 2 on the PC. Unfortunately, the PSN cards only work on the Playstation Network for PS3 and PSP games.
