The console is more single character control based, and doesn't have as many enemies on screen at once so some battles will differ. Also, the difficulties are changed somewhat.

You know where someone says in a subtle but intending way that consoles suck because the hardware is outdated and then someone says I dont like upgrading my pc all the time to play games I can get on my console, then it's well your an idiot because pc is the best, then so on and so forth. Because it becomes moreso people getting defensive because they spent their hard earned cash on what they wanted and people say your a ****** and cheap, so naturally yeah defense.
And despite reviews and gameplay, nobody truly and personally knows until they play it, and by then you should just be happy you're having a good time playing a great game and not argue right?

And I'm certainly not complaining that the PC version costs less if it's the same game.

I'm just telling the truth. Keyboard and mouse don't work with a large TV because most would have to move their desk where their couch is, the graphical difference isn't as big since the consoles are native 720p which is just about indistinguishable from 1080p and I couldn't possibly care less about the toolset and amateur content.

Is there going to be a huge difference in gameplay and feel between the two versions? Will PC feel like Baldur's Gate while console feels like Mass Effect? ie. both great in there own respects, but totally different gameplay style (i think DA:O on console will not be quite the same as ME but you catch my drift...)

PC: http://www.giantbomb...ge=3&sort=first
360: http://www.giantbomb...ns-360/17-1528/
PC has the Toolset, and will be able to download user created content. (There are some talented folk out there. I'm looking forward to seeing what they come up with.) I've heard the more popular ones may end up as downloadable for consoles, though I can not say for certain.
Interfaces are different [as seen in the above videos] and really, whether the pros outweigh the cons of one or the other depends purely on personal preference, not fact. Screen size, sound system, etc are really a matter of disposable income. It's likely that in a varied community such as this, that you could find one player's PC set up inferior to the average Console setup, and another far superior. Speed of the use of the interfaces is also likely dependent on which you are more familiar/comfortable with.
I haven't looked into what sort of Down Loadable Content [free/bonus items] are available for Consoles or if the physical goodies in the Collector's Edition are similar. I decided on PC CE long ago. Monitor size vs tv size is negligible, sound systems aren't very different, and comfort for 1 vs the other involves rotating 90 degrees in my chair. *shrug*
Cloth map and soundtrack in CE made it very appealing.

small screen, not if u arent sitting 20 feet away like with a console
controls not only are able to handle more better, but are actually quite natural
sound system can be quite good whether u have surround sound or a nice set of headsets
oh and better graphics
mods
controls
camera options
better difficulty options
etc
etc
etc

On Topic: As others have stated, there are some differences between PC/Console versions. But I see that they are small enough to not change the over all experience of the game. If your computer is less powerful than your PS3 then I would suggest the PS3, and if the PC is more powerful PC all the way, just because it will have user made content.
All other aspects that were brought up are superfluous and unimportant to the OP's question. TV vs Monitor, sound system, comfort, and ease of control are all dependent on the user. In fact my monitor is bigger (and higher resolution) than my TV I use for gaming. Don't most TV's cap at some low resolution as well as being only 720p? That is an honest question since I do not know much about televisions.

Think there will be a minor difference in terms of game play because on the console version you don't have the hot keys and the macros you can use to pull of moves and use items quicker. But knowing Bioware they put as much effort into the console versions to make gameplay as streamline as possible.

So perhaps only if you play both on PC and console version (like yourself) you can feel the difference, otherwise it won't even bother you because you'll be so used to one version and think that playing it differently (other version) would have been weird.

As for the "controls" issue, if you console lovers haven't played an FPS using a mouse and keyboard then you have no room to comment. Seriously, if someone told me I had to play TF2 or L4D with a damn controller I'd give up gaming. Not to mention the fact that RTS games are near impossible to play on a console.
(Not to be too harsh, consoles DO generally do fighting games better...but then again, SF4 on PC with a pad is more than good enough
