Let me guess, the hero is always male, right? In time honered, almost sexist, tradition. Guess I'll find out when I read them.

Depending on how old Wynne was at the time she conceived him he could be anywhere from 30 to 50

When I pre-ordered SWTOR: Revan by Drew Karpyshyn, I did not make the connection that He was the same character I had played in KoToR...because, naturally, I played a female, and it had been so long since I had played the game, ignorance truly is bliss I guess.
Now I'm left agonizing whether or not to replay both games by ToR's release, Decemeber 20th, same as Asunder's I believe, can't wait, for both actually.
I simply loathe playing male characters. I have no doubt I've missed out on some great games, but I just can't get into macho Ezio et al. I've tried. Oh, well. I guess I'm just too much of a girl. Break my heart so much for my character and Carth, alas, or as Sigrun would pine "woe is me."

I just got my copy today in the mail!
If you're a speed reader and manage to finish it before the "official" release date, mind telling me how it was and if you've read the others how you'd place them?

Learnt a lot of stuff and it really reinforces Dragon Age 2's story. Can't wait to see what others have to say of it... in the appropriate forum of course.

Just finished the book. Wow just wow. Excellent writing by Mr. Gaider.

Questions!
- When does it take place with respect to DA2?
- When you say it reinforces DA2's story, I'm guessing thats with respect to the whole Mage/Templar brouhaha?
- If you've read Gaider's other books, what did you think of them and where would you place your enjoyment of Asunder in regards to The Stolen Throne and The Calling?
- ANything big happen in it that might influence future games?
- Any new lore or insight into whatever is going on with Flemeth, Morrigan and the Eluvians?
- Is anything from Origins or DA2 canonized? I know Wynne is in there, but anything else?
