Can anyone recommend a place that I can buy a legitimate copy of NWN 2 for Mac?

Unless you get lucky and find a mac shop with an old copy on the shelf I think you might be out of luck. I don't think there's a legal way to get it. You can still find old copies on EBay but they're dreadfully expensive (~$30-$50 plus postage) and finding expansion packs is nearly impossible.
Of course I don't know for a fact that MotB and SoZ were even released for mac.
You might consider dual booting your machine with windows and getting the windows version from steam.

MotB and SoZ were never released for the Mac. However there are published ways to install them on a Mac using the windows discs. You still require a Mac nwn2 OC disc to play though, unlike the windows version which had the disc requirement removed.
