With the demand to have Kasumi romancable, I hope the exclusive Collector Edition DLC character is romancable; even if he/she/it is a prothean. xp It's the last game of the Triology, all bets are off.
Here's hopping the DLC character is romancable.

I thought there wasn't any new romances in ME3, which is fine -- we had more than enough in the past two games.

Pretty sure this was disconfirmed. And romancing a Prothean? That's an enticing thought.
