 We all know and love the Four Marines stationed  at the CIC in Mass Effect 1 that would salute to the player when he/she passes, i really helped enforce the sense of authority you had over the crew.

Since the Normandy has been reffited by the Alliance and Shepard is once again holds the rank of lieutenant Commander in the Alliance Navy,I kindly would request bioware to give us the same honour of being a Commanding officer abour a ship again and to re-add our four most Favorite unknown Alliance Marines back at their post

And of course some other little things that i would welcome back in ME3

(1.0) EDI: the Commanding officer is Ashore, XO (insert name) has the deck .

(2.0) A Requisitions officer from which we can buy Weapon and Armor mods.

(3.0) A cool looking Engine core, not that sh*tty ball reflecting from ME2/
