It has been reported/tweeted, whatever that some of the choices you made during the 1st two games that did not recieve some attention might be worked into ME3.  Purely from a fun/goofy standpoint, lets speculate on how those choices might effect ME3.

My contribution-

Father Kyle leads an army of his biotic 'children' (from his secret base in Wako Texas) in a assualt against the reapers and the delaying action buys Shep the time him/her needs to rally the galaxy to his side.

If you convinced Conrad venrer that he helped (usiing charm) Then after the trial you'll see him runing toward a reaper (with a pistol) yelling "Look Shepard I'm Helping! "

The reaper's leg hits him and sends him flying killing him instantly.

If you did not charm him he dies normally
