This thread will be for everyone to lay out issues they have with certain features of the game in a civil manner, all in one place, so the devs can easily check to see what players want improved or changed.

First off, I want to say that Bioware done an incredible job with this series and there is very little to complain about in relation to others. However, what is good can always be made better.

My pet peeve is sticky cover. I hate shepard randomly ducking behind crates and walls while I'm trying to sprint.

I realize that, that was just my pet peeve and I had to start off this discussion with one. a bigger one would be with rude choices in conversation awarding renegade points, and polite being paragon, but that's unlikely to change. btw, that link actually goes to a thread I created. lol

Here's one. It has to do with gun animations.

The animation for how the characters in ME2 wield the Tempest and Locust SMGs is a bit off. It's correct for the Shuriken in that the Shuriken is a handgun. However, the Tempest and the Locust both are equipped with buttstocks and vertifcal foregrips. They are clearly intended to be fired from the shoulder, however Shepard an Co. grip them as they would a handgun.

The dialog wheel too often feeling very out of sync with what Shep actually says.

the foregrip on the tempest doesn't look like a foregrip to me. more like ammo magazine. Maybe where the Ammo block is kept? but yeah, the locust is off. it looks like it should be used in the same manner as an assault rifle.

The fact that if you get hit by a rocket from behind, you get knocked towards the direction of the rocket's origin instead of opposite. That was always annoying when trying to get into cover but being pulled back out by something so illogical.

Fshep boxing Yahg I can't take this seriously her boxing something that huge is like beyound believable for me and not in a good way. I would've rathered she went Thai fighter or kick boxed it or something. There are just some male animations and situations that shouldn't be extended to fshep I'm a girl player I don't like playing a butch or mshep cross dressing. I think of shep more as Fstarbuck or Ripley not...whatever she was suppose to be fighting the SB.

Fshep sitting wide leg in a dress and walking like a man in one. Make two separate animations the computer will use if circumstance dress or circumstance casual/armor is met. So if dress is met she sits closed legged or in other times legs crossed and if she's casual or armor she can sit wide legged but neither of theses factors should have her not walking like she did in ME2 she should walk and run like she did in ME.

Shaila being called blue by shep she was purple BW don't retcon her beautiful color!

Shep not caring about the fact he/she died and having no concerns or questions on the issue what so ever.

Shep not questioning the Lproject before, during, or after ME2 occurred and he/she not caring about what occurred during Arrival labs.

Shep's LI being oblivious when shep is gone for 2 days and not asking anything about it.

The sum up on the dialogue wheel I select the hell no option and shep says do you want cookies?

Sheps a brick during instances when the player should be feeling confused, upset, or angry shep's just there.

Horizon ever happening

Being forced to work for TIM and not being able to challenge him or show my disgust with him

Not being able to tell spector girl she was wrong in assuming I worked for Cerberus willingly

Character animations basically the same for everyone.

Basically the same height for every member of the same species, except humans who only differ in height between genders.

Certain, in my opinion obvious, dialog options missing in key conversations. Mostly regarding your affiliation with Cerberus that will probably be addressed at the start of ME3.

Yeah character animations definitely, especially with squadmates.

Have you ever watched them move around during missions, especially between combat? Ugh its so stiff, so artificial that its jarring.

I hate the AI of the squad members
Mordin for some reason felt he was qualified enough in hand to hand combat tht he could fight harbinger at kissing distance (while he was on fire from Harbinger's biotics no less)

And everyone felt the need to either stand in front of cover or on the same side as the collectors

Really I'm dealing with your family problems alrready and I have to baby site you too? GET BACK IN COVER!!

Can squadmates suddenly remember that they're not the Matrix and all those bullets are, in fact, hitting them repeatedly? In the face? Until they pass out from blood loss?

Because good lord, Miranda, I love you and I know you're like the 64k Credit Woman, but I am tired of mopping you off the floor everytime something doesn't go down in two shots.

EXACTALY!! I mean really should LOKI mechs really be the death of this awesome squad just because they feel they must walk up and shake the mechs' hands and welcome them to the battle?

Good idea. Here's mine.

1. The dialogue wheel. Please make it clearer what Shepard is going to do when I pick an option, otherwise the wheel is totally pointless and responses might as well be picked at random. This is especially annoying when it comes to romances.

2. Time sinks. Planet scanning, bypassing, and hacking. AFAIC you could take these all completely out of the game and it'd be a better game for it. They're boring, they break immersion in a variety of ways, and they're not really optional, as you need the credits and resources to get upgrades that are required both for maintaining game balance and keeping characters alive.

3. The AI. In particular, the way they respond to movement commands. I long since stopped giving my squad move orders because doing so makes them spaz out.

4. I see from the demo that you're determined to stick with Thermal Clips. Okay, fine, but please give us more of them. A sniper going into battle with 10 bullets is ridiculous.

5. Medigel and heavy weapon ammo should be replenished after a mission.

6. "I KNOW YOU FEEL THIS". No, Bioware. Just no.

the dialogue wheel changes would be nice. It took me 3 playthroughs before I realized you could renegade romance miranda.

I can't tell you how many times I've been '...Come on, Miranda, take cover. Cover. Cuh-ver. Look! I even made a white glowing triangle for- THIS IS CASUAL, HOW THE HELL CAN YOU DIE ON CASUAL, THE BULLETS ARE MADE OF SKITTLES.'

As you might surmise, there are one or two AI that give me particular problems. :bandit:

Mining.
Thermal clips' lore excuse. I can accept gameplay/story segregation, but not that horrible excuse.
Animations. Both Femshep and Manshep look like limping gorillas.
Renegade options usually agreeing with Cerberus. I realize one side had to disagree and one had to agree and that Paragons disagreeing with Cerberus makes the most sense, but it's really irritating for my Renegade sole survivor.

Like i posted ealier Mordin is odd...

I was on Horizon and at one point (aprox halfway through) Two scions came don on my right and I take care of one of them and I turn and what do I see?

Mordin and Harbinger are hugging (basicaly) and Mordin is on fire and was fighting him from two inches away. I just thoght WHAT THE HELL? HOW COULD THIS EVER POSSIBLY BE A GOOD IDEA?!

I take care of Harbinger and I hear the Mattocks Distinctive "clang clang clang" and I look up to see Garrus entirely across the area in some buildings WITH some collectors WHO HE ISN't SHOOTING! on the same side of cover as he is.

Who was he shooting you may ask? The other scion that I had forgoten about and had nearly killed me..

Squad banter being overridden by ambient banter.
Shepard's (both male and female) walking animations. The head lolling to one side with the uneven gate was very odd.
Oh, and please, Please, PLEASE no more shots of Miranda's back-side!
