They're supposedly going to be green...is that close enough?

It's good to see Bioware is listening to their fans. Pretty much all that we know has confirmed this so far.
Now if only we had a batarian squadmate, new aliens and an elcor/ hanar/ volus crew mates and i'll be over the moon.

I am also hoping for a good model/actress to be used for the high quality default FemShep model (this is highly likely). My FemShep has always been a brunette, but I can live with a red head if it works right.

Same as with Tali's face, pleasing everyone not possible.

That being said, I too want my Shep to look like a soldier, not like a supermodel. Also, I support the default-type reddish head, green eyes and an overbite. But I won't slaughter anyone if that doesn't happen.

It has been speculated, along with a lot of things.   Its clear Bioware are spending some time on her design though which is great!     Cant wait to see the end result.

Yes! Finally! I always customize my characters but having some kind of female on the cover, even under a slip, is way awesome.

And for those of the men who don't understand what the fuss is about: try imagining your gender being systematically erased from the marketing of the games you love. Maybe then you'll understand, although I doubt it.

Just like canon Darth Revan was male in KoTOR, canon Shepard happens to be Sheploo. The thing is that doesn't have to be YOUR canon (and yes, we get that too. Completely false statements about Sheploo's canon status aside, Bioware does not have a canon Revan, LucasArts does.

Revan's gender only matters if you actually give half a **** about what LucasArts thinks. I certainly don't.

That said, I REALLY hope that they keep the default femShep face as it is and just update the mesh and textures to look more high-res.

Perfect. I made my second fem Shep a hot redhead (hot as in tempered) since both my real life dealings with redheads pretty much ended with them kicking my ass. But I enjoyed every second

I'd rather they not at all than to insult their own character by putting the female on the back, that no one is going to see with the case sitting on a shelf.  It defeats the whole purpose.

They also missed the opportune time to release a trailer, I bet it's going to be just like 5 seconds, maybe not even that.
