So I can't get any points because I'm serving overseas with an APO and the EA/Bioware points website won't allow "AP" as a state. PLEASE fix this so I can get the DLCs. Thank you.
And yes, I posted a ticket with the EA helpdesk and was supposed to recieve an answer within 24 hours... a week ago...

customer support really takes the ****** nowadays.

Just wanted to say, this post is 2 years old and BioWare never resolved this issue. Also, the EA Origin store site doesn't work, so it seems impossible for me to purchase points overseas..

This thread was dead and buried and should have been left alone. You are off topic. The thread is off topic. It's about a SITE problem, not a game problem. There is almost no one here anyway, but this place was designed as a forum for gamer to gamer self-help about GAME problems, when there were plenty of people here to answer. EA is the only official help.
