He should be on the ME 3 cover just for being so got dang swagly.Imagine how lovely the cover of ME 3 would look with my bwoy Conrad swagging it up with a pistol in his hand.I think a collectors edition with Conrad on the cover would fly off the shelves.

Agreed, Verner must be in ME3 whatever the cost. I also think he should be introduced if you never met him on the citadel in ME1.
