Are they? I know they're all coming back in some capacity, and that my following source isn't really great, but Wikipedia doesn't have them stretched over to ME3 like it does the others on its Mass Effect (series) page. And who all do we know is coming back as a party member? I know Kaidan/Ashley.
Samara, Morinth, Kasumi: coming back?

I don't think so with Kasumi, Morinth is dead if you choose Samara and like wise if you chose Morinth.

It's confirmed that ALL squadmates return is some capacity as you said and that means everyone so i don't think it's any reason to worrry about that.

Hopefully you at least get the Option of making them squadmembers though. They said they want a smaller squad but develop the characters more. There's nothing stopping them from letting you choose who to keep in your crew. That would be awesome if they let you do that! =P

They could also make them all temporary squadmates for respective missions regarding them.

I hope Samara doesn't come back. With the way my renegade play through went, she will probably try to kill me. I would love to see Kasumi back though.
