Details about your problem.
1. What is the nature of the problem you are seeing?
      I just completed LotSB and returned to Illium to recruit Samara. When I walk through the corridor under Liara's office the screen turns black and I get the windows error messsage asking if I want to close the program for not responding.
2. When did the problem start occurring?
     It occured 6/15/2011 around 12 AM. It also happens at the exact same place everytime I walk past it. (Location mentioned above.)
3. Where does your problem occur?
      On Illium in the corridor under Liara's office.
4. What are the steps in replicating the problem?
     Go to Illium after completing LotSB, walk through the corridor under Liara's office, keep going until game crashes.
5. Have you modified your game in any way?
     
No.

Known bug, plenty of references to it in these frums, and plenty of fixes in the threads that have already been posted. Try searching the first 10 pages of the forums.
