Will they carry over to the ME3 Shepard?
Also, how come no one ever takes notice of how ugly he looks? Dr. Chakwas acknowledges it, but beyond that no one seems to care that Shepard looks like a monster.

The ME3 demo Shep has traces of the facial scars.
