I still have the biggest feeling TIM is still on our side... I believe in ME2 they tried WAY TOO HARD to make him look suspicious with his Reaper eyes and his mannerisms... I don't know why or how, but I believe he'll play a heroic role near the end game...
I have to disagree I think TIM's lust for power combined with his xenophobic nature did him in and he eventualy got himself indoctrinated by fooling around with reaper tech to much, pretty much the same thing that happened with Saren.

Miranda is probably still around either as a corsair or doing covert work on illium to help the cause(and herself no doubt).

If anyone would be a cosair it would be jacob, he has alliance credentials but not miranda, I do believe she will be on Illium though.

Jacob had a letter in LotSB saying that the Special Forces program would promote him to First Lieutenant and grant him a special position. Perhaps he finally took up the offer in ME3 and reinstated the Corsairs or became N7. Unfortunately for Jacob, the Alliance forbids "the priiize" among its soldiers...

As for Subject Zero, I put her completely out of the picture:
Hey Zero, see that bullet coming this way?
<shove>
<to SZ's corpse> And remember this, I like the Cerberus Cheerleader better then you.
Seriously though, I killed her during the suicide mission to guarantee she would not return for ME3.
But I was hoping to put Ashley and Miranda together in the same squad, to see how they related to each other.
Or at the very least, get a laugh out of Alliance soldier questioning ex-Cerberus Operator's loyalty.
I forgot about Miranda's sister, I imagine I'll have to go and "relocate her" to somewhere safe from Cerberus.
How about the Shadow Broker's ship?
I wish Cerberus the best of luck in finding it!
It just occurred to me that Miranda could trade intel on Cerberus for some leniency from the Alliance.
Besides, I have her bail right here ready to post
<pats Blackstorm projector>
Okay, the jail may lose a few walls in the process......
Jacob might end up hunting down Cerberus in charge of a new Corsair unit specifically formed for that purpose.
It has been suggested that Miranda and Jacob were involved romantically in the past, but it didn't work out for some reason.
So, I doubt they'd try to revisit that kind of relationship again.
I guess Miranda decided to return "The priiiiize"

Seeing as how the SR-2 was seized by the Alliance, I'm guessing that the Cerberus crew, including Miranda and Jacob, were detained and most likely questioned on their involvement. It might be worse for Jacob since he is former Alliance and it's not explicitly explained how he left (ie, discharge or AWOL). Otherwise, as Mordin pointed out, all the Cerberus crew had cyanide capsules implanted into a tooth, which I'm guessing is a failsafe to prevent Cerberus secrets from being leaked should an operative be captured or jump ship.
Shepard turned himself in, so I guess he would give them the oppertunity to 'escape' before he did if they would otherwise end up being detained.

I didn't romance Miranda and she still sided with me against Cerberus, so that's done and dusted.

My Shepard will have to find some way to get into your Shepard's universe and hunt him down and let Jack and Liara (Liara is my LI) tear your Miranda to shreads with their superior biotics.

I wish you the best of luck.
This is what happened to the last biotic that tried to fight me:

Please bring your own mop.
And I have Samara and Thane adding their biotics to Miranda's abilities.......
Miranda not's an ice queen.
Heck, she was not my LI and she was very friendly with my FemShep!
So, if you think Miranda's cold towards you, then you never took the opportunity to really get to know her.
But then again, if you sided with Subject Zero, you'd never get to find out.......

lol I usualy pick the paragon or renegade (depending on what I am for that playthrough) dialog options that keeps them both loyal since I am a bit of a perfectionist and I always have everyone loyal. Miranda might warm up to Shepard over the course of the game but she is still an icecold **** to anybody that isn't some cerberus lackey. Even if you don't like Jack you can't tell me the way Miranda behaves during their confrontation isn't b!tchy and meanspirited. Not to mention that after the collector attack on the Normandy she stormed in the room and blamed Joker for something that was no fault of his own. I wanted to punch her. Oh and did I mention that she said when they were rebuilding Shepard she wanted to implant a control chip in Shepard's head?

I never picked up on Miranda being dismissive to anyone, regardless of their affiliation.
As for the confrontation scenario, we have SZ go to Miranda and start personally blaming her for something a rogue Cerberus cell did (although, I would not be surprised that TIM was lying about that) and then starts throwing the furniture about like a child.
And SZ keeps trying to undermine Miranda's leadership whenever she can.
While planning the suicide mission, she says "nobody will follow you" and all the others develop a sudden fascination with their weapons, i.e: they're staying out of this and not supporting her.
The view I was taking is that as a military unit, it's bad protocol to undermine the second-in-command and then trying to take over the job of Fire Team Leader when you can't even do a tenth as good as they can is not going to win you popularity points in my book.
They used to tie people to the mast and give them 20 lashes for that in the 1800s.
As since I need a Fire Team Commander a heck of lot more then some spoiled temperamental child, I did not hesitate to slap SZ down!
As for the Joker conversation, I imagine it was just shock, Miranda wasn't prepared for the bad news that had just been dumped in her lap.
And she has admitted to me personally she's not perfect, so emotional mistakes are expected.
I heard the part about the control chip, but in the end, she came around to my way of thinking.
The way I see it, Miranda's a task orientated person, she tends to focus too much on what needs to be done and flounders when it comes to the "human factor" or unpredictable events.
