You could try MightyApe, a New Zealand based company which does ship overseas. They are currently doing pre-orders.

Well most likely you need a credit/debit bank card and then you need to add the game to your "basket". After that, follow to the checkout (just like a RL store) and then enter your details and place the order once you are done (details is stuff like payment information, delivery address, name, phone number, method of delivery) and then the game will be held on "pre-order" status.
This means the place you "pre-ordered" from will NOT take the cash until the game is released. So you have your order reserved. You can easily cancel the order if you want to.

As long as its a universally recognised brand, like Mastercard or Visa, you shouldnt have a problem.

Only slightly off topic... but I see the normal edition and the CE for mass effect 3 ready for pre-ordering, I'm wanting to know if there is going to be a LE?

darn, guess it'll come down to wether or not I can get the CE from ozgameshop at the normal price rather than the 300% markup at Aus game retail stores. 60 or 70 for CE is ok but not 120.
