I loved the smuggler outfit...Reminded me of the Alien movie. Can just imagine him coming out of the elevator no even shaved yet. Pink fuzzy slippers owned by his LI and a housecoat.

i thought they said somewhere that the hoodie was cut from the game? i don't really remember, but i remember some one saying they were excited to be able to wear the same thing Shep was wearing (cuz they sell N7 hoodies online), and then being really disappointed when Priestly said they had to cut it.

I will cry and kick and scream and pout like a spoiled little girl if this is true... My Shep wants her hoodie :crying:

Yeah, it's kinda sad but this was one of the little things bundled with the CE that made it a must buy for me. :P I was always going to get the CE but it's nice to see little touches like this included. Still wish it was being joined by making of content though!

As for more casual outfits, definitely in favour of that. Nothing major (they represent a tiny portion of the game) but would be cool to at least get some variations of the styles worn by NPCs in the game, and hopefully a few more completely new ones. :)

They really should have (and I'm still surprised they didn't) put a clothing store on the Citadel where you could buy the causual outfits you saw on NPCs. It was a missed opportunity And really would have been my Favorite store on the Citadel.

I agree that Shep needs more options.

I have to agree and disagree at the same time. From a purely aesthetic viewpoint, this would be sweet. From a gameplay viewpoint it's seems a bit off. I mean...I don't really picture my Shep heading to the Gap to grab some new threads. Just seems...Too ordinary. heh.

Er...well, I support more casual clothes options. The hoodie isn't something I would have my Shep wear, but then I didn't preordered the CE for the hoodie. :P

That should be his battle attire... the Reapers would run scared if they saw that coming at them.

Well your Shep wouldn't. Mine would. I'd imagine most wouldn't think their Shep would go shopping for fish, toys or alien porn, but those options were there. Even if you didn't use, it, I think there being a clothing store in the shopping areas of the Citadel to be completely logical. And the assets existed in game already for the outfits.

Personally, I find casual outfits available to Shepard to be lacking, compared to more promiment npc/squadmate attire. Sure, the standard issue blue aliance (or its cerberus retexture) makes sence, but the rest of the stuff... it is always less elegant, less eyecatching, less well... everything that that of companions.

The hoodie casual is a nice extra, but I don't see myself using it. Seeing Shepard in a hoodie next to Thane in his jacket, Kasumi in her leathers, hell, even next to Mordin in his field attire will just be too embarassing. :P

I surprised no one's mentioned Rocky Balboa yet, given the way Shep runs in casual mode.

I totally thought the N7 hoodie mentioned in the collector's edition would be an actual hoodie I could wear.

Does anyone actually wear that hideous "smuggler/pirate" casual outif ton the Normandy? WHo the hell designed that? Is it a joke?

Is that a trick question? I'd have worn it in combat if they let me.

Me too, i mean Shepard is supposed to have "joined" Cerberus because the Alliance don't have the capacity to move their ass, but he is not actually a part of the organisation itself (atleast mine isn't) so that makes him a freelancer/Merc.  what better outfit is there than the one that is most likely not to draw attention in the Terminus System?... I mean hell, every one else wears it so it most be high fashion right?

Screw the hoody as a casual outfit, I can't wait to see a playthrough of a Shepard who wears the hoody outside of the ship.

I liked that there were some choices with casual wear on the Normandy; my favorite outfit, though, was the black dress (female) from the Kasumi DLC.

A hoodie seems a bit goofy, especially since you haven't seen them at all in prior games. Now, if we were talking hats.....That would be a different story.

I can see femshep in a retro pillbox hat and maleshep in a nifty trillby.

Sounds good Helen, to be honest the uh, femshep outfit did seem a bit out of place at times but hey it was a nice outfit nonetheless. Here's hoping Shepard has better personal casual clothing in ME3 :3

I didn't care for the dress. It didn't really look right and it's definitely not good for lounging around the Normandy. My Shepard would want to be comfortable. She'd wear pajamas around the Normandy if it were an option. After wearing that heavy armour all day it'd be nice to slip into some jammies and chill.

Wonder if BioWare'll implement the 'helmet toggle' for it - that way, we can have it 'hood up/hood down'...

Although one casual outfit I would like to see (if we got the paramour achievement from the previous games) is this t-shirt:

Different version for femshep of course. ;)

Also, if we were to have hats then please let us have the option for a fez.

Fezes are cool.
