1) I have incorrectly posted this in the wrong topic section
2) I risk arguements 
or
3) If it is against T&Cs

but-

Looking on the internet, you can do papercraft models of near enough everything, Halo armor, final fantasy, g.o.w etc etc 
yet i am dumbstruck too see none of any dragon currently released. 

I haven't the knowledge, patience nor software to create the nets for them.

My question is, if it is permited and not  used for personal gain, i.e being sold, would some one please point me to said files or could some one please create some pep files? please and thank you.
