Getting it for the 360 as well.

Only games I have on my PC are RTS games (Starcraft 2, Dawn of War series), BF2, and Unreal Anthology.

Where are you right now to write the thread? ON THE PC
Which was the first real good shooter? Counter Strike. Which platform? PC
Which was the first platform? PC
Which platform got most precise controler? PC with keyboard+mouse
Consoles got autoaim
But atleast i agree that some games must be played actually with a console controler like assassins creed.
It's sad that so many people are going to console. PC is the best you can do much more than you can do with a console.
Also why is the console so popular? Well there are people which are too idiotic to set up a good pc with hardware and windows so they just buy a console, buy game, set disk in, play. Yeah these are the idiots....

PC FTW!

360 because I don't want to search through 35 keys when I only need 10 buttons, also the majority of PC games I've tried *SWG* & *AVP2* have been fun but I really find the PC's setup for games unnecessarily complicated.

I have PC, Xbox and PS3. I'm laughing at you all in your pitiful platform war. But I only had a 360 when ME came out, so 360.

I'm strictly a PC gamer because I can't afford a new system. Poor college students and all. I like the options that PC can give me as well. Hence why I play ME on the PC.

I started on the 360 (in terms of Mass Effect, I've been a console gamer since the PlayStation), but then ditched it for a PS3, and now play ME2 on that, and will continue into ME3. I do PC game, but it's only "outdated" titles that my Laptop can run, like Morrowind.

There might have been one posted earlier, don't know for sure, I think Woo removed some flamatory items when he was on. (like I said, I don't know what was removed)

BOT:
I've only played the series on the 360 so far, so I do have the CE pre-ordered on xbox right now.
No complaints whatsoever for me. Image IPB
But I did recently upgrade my PC & got the first two games for $15 (gotta love Steam Image IPB)
And I plan on taking a crack at them during the 9 month wait, if I enjoy it, I might pre-order the PC version, as well, I just need to see how the transistion goes.

PC for me:
-texture mods
-60fps (except if Bioware makes a crappy port with bad optimization or 30fps limit cap)
-3D vision (when it works great though)
-mouse+keyboard
-steam (as a non-steam)
-skype
-quicksave quickload binded on keyboard
-shorter loading times
-better graphics
-"no intro" tweaks
-possibility to tweak voice language and text language separately (very important to me to play with english voice and french text, too bad we can't do that natively on ME2, we can't even do that on ME1...)
-ME3 is cheaper on PC
-alt+tab (nice with bordeless windowed mode)
-Easy movie recording and screenshots.

Well, that's all I can think about for now...

I'll definitely be buying ME3 for the xbox. the ME series has very solid performance on the xbox, and I have all my main saves and dlcs there for the other two games anyway. I may buy it for my pc eventually, but I'll wait for a sale on steam to pick it up like i did with ME1 and 2 (if it doesn't become Origin exclusive, i mean). I am usually a pc sort of guy but I like my xbox achievements and the controller and all that stuff.

Xbox 360 all the way.

In 2005 I read an article about Mass Effect when it was still a long way from release and even that early it was one of the deciding factors in which console I got. Halo 3, Gears of War (I don't just play shooters, honest) and the promise of exclusive splinter cell games down the line swayed me to move from the Xbox to the 360.

Well I've got a "decent" pc and I tinker around with it (the pc I mean). I like the extra options for the graphics, upgradeability and I really dislike controllers.

I can certainly understand the attractiveness of consoles. Smaller investment, ease of use, mobility, one warrantee to end it all and so on.

I guess it's just a matter of personal taste really...

Sure I miss some console only games I'd have liked an xbox or playstation but I can't be arsed to buy a console that might offer me a different game but pretty much along the same lines as those I've got on the pc.

If I'd buy a console it would be a wii. Since it gives a more different gaming experience compaired to the pc than either xbox or playstation.

EDIT and a little offtopic: I can understand console exclusive games for the playstation(s) and the wii but for the xbox360?????? Well it's not like microsofts revenue comes from anything but xbox anyway... /sarcasm off...

Since I started with ME1 on the 360, that's what I'll be getting ME3 on for character import sake.
I also have a PS3 and am really tempted to get ME2 on that to see how it compares.
Then when I finally get my Alienware baby I'll be getting the trilogy on that too.

Don't care about the platforms, only the games ^-~
