Nah I will settle for Udina and the Turian councilor groveling at my feet begging me for forgiveness.  Besides they are both too damn funny to not be kept alive, and huskifying someone is killing them

Udina, and maybe Velarn as well (Turian councilor). Although if Udina bows and scrapes enough, or the councillor accepts his mistakes and apologizes for his behavior, I'd be willing to let them off with an injury of some kind.

Actually, nobody. Not even the Turian councilor. It takes away the satisfaction of me being right. Also, I could see Uldina and the councilor making shady deals that or instructing people to do the wrong thing concerning the invasion which could warrant a renegade shotgun blast. All in all, even the characters I don't like, I'd rather deal with them myself since it became personal ever since ME 1.
