At E3, Casey said that it would matter if you have cheated on ashley in Mass Effect 2 or not. 

Do you think it will be still possible to romance her again, although you cheated on her? Is so, how?

LOL @ Warkupo, But ya there will most likely be a catfight between Miranda and Ashley and that is going to be one of the hard choices you will make.
