I message EA last night to find out if all the new content that is coming out with "action figures" and the new ME3 art book were included in the Collectors edition. It's kind of a waste of $80 to buy the Collectors edition and not actually get all the collectibles... I'm just saying. But anyways here is the response that EA sent me back.
"Greetings,
Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts Customer Care Support.
First of all, I really thank you for your interest in the Mass Effect 2.
This is to inform you that here at customer support we mainly deal with billing and technical support issues and we do not have any ability to look into the in game issues. I humbly ask for your understanding regarding this matter and I apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
However, I would suggest you to post this on forums. However, the best people to speak to would be the developers and the only way to do that would be to post your issue or inquiry on the forums. By posting your issue on the forums, you may also get assistance or suggestions or information from the fellow gamers who have expertise regarding the issue.
