The Reapers are reaping for years though. All they need to do is keep the krogan confined to Tuchanka.

Poor plot useage. The reapers wouldn't want to make more planets unliveable. If they start detsroying planets, how is the next cycle of life supposed to occur?

Zaeed unfortunately is less 'important' in regards to his LM than Kasumi is (Blue suns leader vs GreyBox)

Yes, Miranda and Jacob will probably have quite big role, but their loyalty mission??? They wouldn't matter much.

Zaeed's LM role could be bigger one. After all, if they will kill Santiago then Zaeed might take over Blue Suns. That would means more forces, weaponry and some variety of ships on Shep's side against Reapers.

Some might ask that mercs doesn't want to fight in like these, but I would say that total extinction of all the life in the galaxy is really bad for business.

I don't see how Thane's LM would warrant a sidequest in ME3. The rest I, more or less, agree with.
