So here's the question: who is really confirmed as being permanently on the team? With source, please.

They have been confirmed as main characters.Ieldra2 wrote...
I'm looking throught the team member section and I'm seeing that a full six of them are written down as "permanent squadmates". Would someone care to clarify that? The only info I've seen is that certain characters are "playable to some extent" and others "can join your team" (seen this for Tali). Then there was the info that certain characters would be pivotal to the story and would be on the team but it wasn't said who they were.
So here's the question: who is really confirmed as being permanently on the team? With source, please.
All characters will return, either as cameos, permanent squaddies or temporary ones.

Brenon Holmes specifically said that she is not a unique character to dismiss Miranda.adawg828 wrote...

Does this mean you can equip or remove helmets? And if it does. Does it mean the helmet system from first ME game is back? Where you can switch helmet on and off. Because that system was great. I used to go to missions with helmet on and to cities I went without helmet. In second Mass Effect it was too much work to do it.
Plus if you were using visor, you had the default helmet in airless spaces. So I hope they bring the old helmet system back.

I always collect absolutely everything. To see even a minor effect of that in ME3 would be awesome!
Edit:
Ah well....might not come to pass *disappointed*

I'd rather it be some sort of combination with some additions. Like the ability to choose what you wear for your helm in 'hostile environments'.
Using one of my Infiltrators as an example, in ME2 they regularly used the Kuwashi Visor for the most part, for hostile environments, rather than using the breather mask I'd prefer to use the Recon Hood. So for ME3 it'd be nice if could have a seperate line in the armor selection for 'hostile environments'
I'd also like the ability for their to be more 'armor' swapout points like there is 'weapon' ones. If the latter can be all over the place, why not the former?

They never said it wouldn't carry over. It just wasn't in Gibbed's editor. In fact, they once said there were "hundreds" of flags in the saved game file....Zhijn wrote...

Well, there aren´t that many of those... In most of my playthroughs I have them all... It would be troublesome if the amount of resources we gathered would carry over (I completed that mission in my first 2 playthroughs or so, and then never again xD)!
I´m really curious about everything that factors in in ME3!

This may or may not have been said before, but can you please fix the order of the numerical links, Phaedon? When looking for something attached to link 77 when all the numbers are jumbled just makes me want to not be bothered. Not really a big deal, but it would be nice. I'm sure it would be a pain though.
Use ctrl f to find the number on the page. Problem solved.

I'll reconstruct it later using the old thread and the timeline, I guess... but it may as well take days seeing how my schedule is right now.
If anyone wants to help, please go ahead.
I'll try to look into finding any up to date translated versions who may have those elements.

I'll try using my limited knowledge of German and the google translator to fix the OP. Hopefully tomorrow.
