That wording is heavily reliant on perspective. I'm more hesitant to confirm plot elements until it's said verbatim by a BioWare employee.Vertigo_1 wrote...

Other than all of that we don't know anymore...

Thoughts, opinions, and Ideas? No? I would prefer this. I really wish this was incorporated in ME2. So I really want to see this in ME3's action packed game. Am I the only one?

Just seconding that the Rumours section needs some weeding-out, like the Kinect support that is confirmed by now.
Thank you Phaedon and Al! !!

Awesome.
I think that you should add the following dev promises, kinda old but I couldn't find any of these in the new shiny OP:
the field of view during combat will be larger:
http://twitter.com/#...005014964899840
CGaspur: "Have you been reading complaints from DocSeuswe have made camera adjustments so the FOV is wider in general"
Shepard will be more respnsive and combat animations will be quicker:
http://twitter.com/#...837817122562048
CGaspur: "Yes our talented animators are making many of Shepards actions smoother and more responsive!!"
transitions will be smoother:
http://twitter.com/#...863234822905856
gtez: "Not specifically about elevators, but I can say we've put a lot of work into transitions to make sure they are more immersive.
Shepard will be probably be able to steer while sprinting, sprinting controls have been refined:
http://twitter.com/#...818597236183040
"In ME2, sprinting limited "steering" Shepard left or right- is he gonna be more agile and tactile in ME3 when running?"
PWatamaniuk: "@hagren @CGaspur has been tuning that system. I am liking the results way more than ME2."
http://twitter.com/#...767922225692672
CGaspur: "Sprinting controls have been refined in ME3"
a couple of things that were promised via Twitter, but I couldn't find the source:
*sprinting limit will be removed
*Ashley gets an armor
edit: I think that the CE's features are worthy of a mention too. At least the in-game bonuses.
edit 2: and I think that Kinect support is ready to move to the known features section, as it is obviously no longer a rumor.
Thanks for these! I'll read all of them and add them to the OP.Pepper4 wrote...
"A tech-blade is the unique killing blow for Soldiers."
I think that the Omni-Blade is confirmed to be available for all classes, and it doesn't exactly serve like a 'killing blow', more like a "massive damage attack".
and we also know that rifle-butt attacks are making a return, though they are gonna be quicker (they are animated like a combination of attacks).
I hope I'm not annoying.
edit: a few more old tweets:
CGaspur:
http://twitter.com/#...431601468710912
"Yes there will be more variety in all of our weapon classes"
"I think fans are really going to be excited by the new weapons in Mass Effect 3!!! We are really pushing the designs!!!"

"We are re-working the way shotguns feel for ME3 across the board, Vanguards rejoice :}"
Truffle:

"How does the revenant work in me3? Pick it up, use it. No class restriction."
http://twitter.com/#...006769912446976
"If you import your me2 character to me3 there will be huge rewards beyond the inherent reward of continuing your story"
http://twitter.com/#...860016340500481
"When you mod weapons you will see stat bars that will update as you mod, showing the improvements"
twitter.com/#!/truffle/status/79387868778344449
"For those asking about "permanent" squad members, don't assume squad members will work the same way as me1 and me2"
gtez:

"PC development is being done in house. Keybindings should be remappable with some exceptions."
"Hoping to get all the remapping bugs from ME1/2 sorted out to allow full remapping in the new Options Menu."
David Silverman:
http://twitter.com/#...967069503897601
"The CE of #ME3 has both #FemShep and male Shepard on the box"
Casey Hudson:

"Yes, in #ME3 you can revisit your character's facial features and hair etc, as well as re-spec your class and skills."
PWatamaniuk:
http://twitter.com/#...537780443086848
"You will indeed see other N7 operatives in #ME3"
http://twitter.com/#...805567187066880
"You will be seeing very few loading screens in ME3. We have designed the narrative in such a way that they are not necessary."
Mac Walters:
[via twitter]
"#ME3 will feature, among many other things, the culmination of your #ME1 & #ME2 choices... Shepard's Character Background among them."
In addition: Manveer Heir mentioned that the sentinel is going to get a new unique power, but he wasn't ready to discuss the details.
It is also known that Miranda & Kasumi will be back. no further info though.
We will be working closely with Javier on the new thread, particularly on the Twitter section.Kara Shepard and the Special Destinies wrote...

@Phaedon I think I told you yesterday, but there's still a Kinect rumour there. You might want to remove it, since it's already mentioned in the Gameplay Section:

@Mesina2 I don't know if you saw my post in the (now) locked thread, but the banners I initially posted for you were kinda screwy. Here are the correct ones! You might want to update them!
