Actually they probably aren't even done with it yet,Bioware are probably still asking themselves whether to give the Vanguard Stasis or Barrier and according to one of the Devs Charge is apparently a complete **** to program, couple that with the idea that maybe Sur'Kesh isn't the best level to show off and the Shotguns aren't done yet, and now the Vanguard and they are probably holding off showing it.RPGamer13 wrote...
They're very tight lipped about the Vanguard.
I hope it means they're saving the best for last and not that they feel like we'll be disappointed with the class now.

In ME3 will Shepard actually say what you select on the dialogue wheel or will he continue to say something completely different to what you intended?
He says something different (like in ME1 and 2). It's one of the reasons why people are criticizing the game's Kinect feature- you say the line that comes up on screen and then Commander Shepard says something different.

"Party members don't use any of the sync moves right now... they might eventually. They do have better melees available though (I think you guys have probably seen the new three hit chains for rifle and pistol)."
Not on only can squadmates melee but they can do chain melee attacks as shown in the leaked E3 video!

On some enemies being snipers with laser sights. Seriously bioware? Every single thing you have said on this game so far is good, and is making me look forward to the game even more. But do you have to add in snipers. In most third person action games or shooters or just any genre in general, snipers are the most annoying enemies in their respective games. While this will not astop me from loving ME3. I'm not happy about.
I am. Enemies in ME2 were tactically stupid for not using sniper rifles -
Blue Sun merc: "Sir, we can't hit Archangel with our Avengers!"
Blue Sun Commander: "Did you try using a mantis?"
Blue Sun merc: "A what?"
Blue Sun Commander: "The weapon HE is using to DRILL bullets into your skulls!"
Blue Sun merc: ...?
Blue Sun Commander: "HE. IS. USING. A. SNIPER. RIFLE."
Blue Sun merc: I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you are talking about".
Blue Sun Commander: *facepalm*

Didn't enemies use snipers in ME1? I can fondly remember forgetting to take out the sniper after moving out of cover and get a single shot drilled in my head.
Yep, they were in ME. Enemy snipers certaintly made the game harder (especially pre-level 20), so I welcome their return in ME3.

I know that The Witcher 2 has a toggle that disables hard QTEs and makes them all easier. Maybe you can write to Bioware (or drop a tweet or whatever) to see if it could be included in ME3 for minigames?fallen_fate wrote...

Snipers annoying, HAH. If you've played ME1, you'd know the snipers were pathetic. Snipers do wear the least amount of armor, but I mean still, in ME1 snipers died in one hit from the shotgun.
ME2 didn't have snipers, at least from what I recall, but enemies were like snipers since the game had Aggro, where every enemy focuses solely on you. They know your position and constantly fire on you from ridiculous ranges. That's annoying not ME1 where you simply side step the laser sight, and BOOM, shotgun.

Ok, one thing nobody has mentioned is locked doors. I'm a great fan of the series, and havve only 1 major issue in ME2 that has never been addressed, opening locked doors. I'm disabled, and not as fast as most gamers, yet I've been able to play through ME1 on the pc without issue. However when I got ME2, I found it impossible to open the locked doors without the help of my caregiver's kid. I'd prefer not to have to ask for help to open a stupid door/secure wall safe. I get the need for a time element in that, but I just can't click on the symbols fast enough. If you guys at Bioware could just do something to impove that, this loyal user would REALLY appreciate it.
THIS IS A GREAT POINT!
I didn't have difficulties with the hack/bypass but on second playthrough I dreaded it. I still play but hate taking time to hack/bypass. I really hope BW adds something for second playthrough on ME3 to auto hack/bypass. Also, BW should have it modifiable to turn off hack/bypass for folks differently abled. When you think about it, the hack portion could be impossible for the color blind.
Call it a hunch but Im almost positive that we will never have to see the hacking/bypassing again.

have the devs commented on why they changed the Adept melee attack to that "biotic push" attack?

Though it’s probably pointless to post it here, I wanted to
post it somewhere to get it off my chest!
I’d really like ME3 to randomize the placement of paragon
and renegade conversation options. It’s fine to keep “more information” choices
on the left and “let’s move on”. But I really don’t like how you know ahead of
time that (for example) top right is always the good answer and bottom right is
always the bad answer. For me, that kind of ruins the immersion and more
importantly, if makes you ‘automatically’ choose responses depending on whether
your Shepard is leaning more to the good or bad side. Ie. If you’re being nice
you will always choose top right without even thinking about it likely.
Would be great if we had more reason to think about our
responses and take their content into consideration if we DIDN’T automatically know
upfront which response will produce which result. The whole thing would be more
natural and really up to individual perception/morality. (only thing is that
the response cues would need to be a but more detailed to better match what the
character would actually say).
To sum up, ‘good responses’ will still give paragon and vice
versa but the good wouldn’t always be on top and bad always below. Their positions
will change randomly without us knowing and we’ll have to choose our responses
based on their word content and what we feel is appropriate for a given
situation =).
