Hudson said no one is permanent, and Christina Norman said squadmates won't work the same way they did in previous ME series.

And I still fully expect Liara, VS & Vega for example to be in the squad for lik 90% of the time at least. This "no one's permanent" statement just doesn't make any sense with their previous statement how they want smaller squad to focus better on the particular characters. If no one's permanent and there's high level of squad-rotation, then the squad wouldn't be smaller at all and you could say goodbye to any greater focus on the individual characters.

That's because people are misinterpreting.  Casey's saying:

a. Don't count on anyone being permanent.
b. We're not gonna tell you how much any given character is going to be in the game.

I kinda hope it is Sur-Kesh again - no new areas get spoiled, but they can still show new characters, guns, abilities, and customization.

At first, I wanted to see something other than that same stretch of Sur'kesh we've seen repeatedly, but now that I think about it, I think you're right. I really didn't want to know about...certain things that I've found out from the multiple sources I get ME3 info from, and more areas may be the same case for me. After all, what fun would it be to know/see everything before playing it, right?

As for the characters, I'm hoping they simply mean certain characters like Wrex, who's got so much to deal with as it is without running around helping Shepard, will be available but not permanent. Don't get me wrong, I love Wrex and I want him on my team, but I understand why characters like him wouldn't be prmanent squadmates.

Does anyone know if Miranda is in it and that she is still modeled and voiced by Yvonne Strahovski?

Casey Hudson has confirmed she's at least in the game, and I can't imagine them changing her appearance or voice actress.

Now, no one knows how much she'll be in the game, and frankly, I'm still pretty sure there are going to be permanent and temporary squad mates. I think the above poster about Hudson saying no one is sure which will be permanent is correct. Right now, it's looking like Miranda will fall into the "guest star" position, like Mordin and Legion, but who knows? We still don't have all the facts.

The tweet doesn't actually say that they can be used at the same time, it just says that the Engineer has access to both and that the evolved versions are fun.

Of course,  I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use both at once as long as the duration is longer than the cool down - same as with any powers - but the developer never actually said that.

Julian

Is anyone hoping the turrets look something like this:

I'm just hoping that they're not stationary things like TF. That would just be too dull in my opinion.

I would guess the drone is largely similar to ME2, where it's mostly a distraction. My guess is once a turret is placed that it will be stationary, but will do more damage.

Hardly a spoiler. We all knew that something like this was going to happen, as it did in the past two games. It's clean, people. Check it out.

Loving the title, I'm insanely addicted to TF2 at the moment. Oh, and the turrets are probably going to be not too dissimilar from the Assault Drones in ME2, albeit they won't fly around and will probably do a bit less damage.

Link #125 is broken, I think it lacks "http://" in the url part.

[edit] The other new twitter links have the same problem.
