The Yahg have just been confirmed to be in ME3 and there won't be any loyalty missions for squadmates in ME3.

Confirmed during the ME3 question and answer session at today's Gamescom video.

Also, no Mission Complete screens for ME3 - Hurray :D And leveling up will be kind of like, but not similar to, ME1.

This one is called 'Turian ship'. I assume that means there's some kind of space battle going on above Tuchunka with the Reapers. Maybe the Krogan have developed some kind of superweapon?

Also, the Krogan don't like Turians very much. If a Turian ship has crashed here, I'm willing to bet a fair bit that one of Tuchunka's missions involves rescuing those Turians.

It might be the "Search for Survivors" mission. The area for that mission is Downed Vessel, after all.:wizard:

Yeah, probably. in the Sur-Kesh demo Mordin says that an alliance between the Krogan and the Turians is essential, and the Turians probably wouldn't be too happy if one their ship crews went missing on the Krogan homeworld.

Then that is a step backwards.  Per target XP was abandoned by pen-and-paper RPGs over the last decade for a good reason.  XP should be awarded per mission (which is a separate issue from whether you should actually have a Mission Complete screen).

I hope this is the only time BioWare listened to the whining grognards.

Locutus , I forgot to ask , do you have the link to a vid showing CS in action , I haven't seen any showing its new effects yet , or if anyone else knows of one , thanks

I don't have a link handy, but it's the E3 demo of Mordin's mission. Garrus' CS singularly blows the ballistic shield off a Cerberus trooper. Even though the demo is presumably on 'Easy', the shield is shown to be very resistant to gunfire, so for a single CS to destroy it shows a lot of promise for that power. The dismantling mechanic has been said to apply to several enemy types in the game, which also adds more promise for CS.

Gunfire does nothing to it, but most powers seem to be able to do something about it, so its not really a sign of CS being fresh and amazing

Evedently you don't find leveling up mid-mission satifying. It is a fact that your opinion is wrong.:P

If my D&D games awarded Xp per mission we'd end up going up 1 level every 6 months! I don't know about version 4 but 3.5 D&D is still very much Xp per creature and I wouldn't have it any other way :o

I didn't really like way they looked really. Soldier Sheps back looked way cluttered carrying absolutely everything.

This is fantastically good news. Starting at the back of a giant crate of explosive goodness was fun for a while, but all game? Ugh.  Good call BioWare!

Yeah, personally Iike feeling kind of light and agile, so I'd probably just bring an assault rifle and a shotgun or something. And now I can even color those weapons and make them look cool.

Yeah if the game is made to let you choose if you want to carry a weapon or not that would be cool
Maybe I may not want to carry all six weapons as a soldier , or what if I wanted to approach the game from only a stealth stand point and sneak from cover to cover only using my omni blade or as an infilitrator just go in Sam Fisher like . . .!
That would be great letting you choose which style of play and which weapons to carry or not .

Agreed, it's a good decision from BW to let the player choose its own loadout, no matter the class.
And FYI: I barely used the heavy weapons in ME2.

I'd like to see it make a difference in gameplay actually. Like you shouldn't be able to do rolls if you have a heavy weapon on your back. That way it becomes a tactical decision: manouverability vs. fire power.

When Equipping all guns they are still there? good, the only thing a soldier has going for him lore wise is being a walking weapon master wielding every type of gun humanly possible to carry... it would be a shame for them to materialise from thin air.
