The Reapers winning is fine as long as you don't have to wind too far back in your saved games to fix it. If you lose and have to replay half the game before you get a decent ending then it would suck big time.

As for the destruction of Earth I would not like that at all. I like my escapism to have happy endings. I've got real life if I want to experience the reality of failure.

Me too.  Multiple endings, one with sadness, one with sacrifice, one we lose and at least one happy with we won and survived.  All depending on the choices made.

Don't need a game to know how it feels to have loved ones die, do want a game that gives me the - we survived and destroyed the enemy, at lest for a few thousand years, and who knows what the future will hold ending.

What I don't understand is if TIM has been indoctronated by the Reapers, why would he bring back Shep after the Reapers henchmen the collectors already killed Shep, I mean was the whole thing a test to show his masters ,the reapers that humanity is best and unique ,that Shep is one of its best and to prove it all the events in ME2 was a test , I dont get it. . . ?

Well, TIM wanted to stop the reapers, he never said he wanted to destroy the reapers mind you, but to stop them from obliterating humanity, which is why he recovered Shep. He knows that fighting the reapers is pretty much suicide, and he was exploring alternatives that can ultimatley save humanity. So I think when ME3 comes around, he comes to the conlcusion that he doesn't want to destroy humanity by fighting the reapers, but instead join the reapers as a means of evolutionary ascension, because he knows that it is impossible to stop them and there is no other way.... at least from his point of view.

Already done with Saren. Would be boring. How about TIM finding a way to control the Reapers. He wants them for his own private army to push humanity to the top. And blowing said control room up wll be the key to victory for Shep

I think your theory maybe headed in the right direction , plus I think TIM has found the secret to indoctrination and using it to control his troops ,and for some odd reason I think maybe his troops are inferior clones of Shep. . . Just a thought

Mister Illusive did some data-mining while shep was swimming in the lazarus pit? Not bad. LetÍ's make a separat thread and figure out the whole stroy till march

Yes to Krogan. Yes to Asari. Yes to Quarian.

We've had mixed messages about the other races. I wouldn't be surprised if there were others.

Apparently, the Reapers can win in the same manner that Shepard can ally w/ Cerberus.  Die and stop playing.

This is a great thread! I learned about lot I wasn't aware of.

I do have a question though, Will EA Origin be required to play ME3?
don't know if there is an answer out there yet, but thought this might be a good place to inquire.

Thanks again for the work done collecting this info in one place!

No, because Bioware hasn't said anything about Origin being required.

^ I don´t have time to read all that, but they say you need an Origin account, what everybody on this site has. Dunno why they go on talking about the EULA, if you need only the account and not the program...
I´ll have to read it later once more to be sure...either way, I really want an official statement - cuz I really don´t want spyware on my PC!

It's a bit misleading, for those who don't recognise that an Origin account is the same thing as an EA Master Account (which most folks who play EA games already have). There's a lot of hooplah over the Origin service lately so I can see people accidently getting the program and the service confused. I suspect the only people who need to download and use Origin (the program) are those who bought digital copies of ME3 (or any other EA game). It's really common sense, just.. instead of getting it off Steam, some games are only going to be on Origin (for digital distribution).

That EULA is specifically for the Origin client itself, not for games.  It doesn't mention any particular game at all.  It simply says that "some products distributed by EA" will require it for license validation.  I don't know where that site got their info about ME3, but it wasn't from that document.  I won't be surprised if ME3 does require it, but that's not a confirmation of any kind.

I agree that this should be the case.  Unfortunatly battlefield 3 has people worried about ME3 because it requires the program to be installed as well in order to play.  I don't see why EA would do that, but most decisions in companies are made by number crunchers/marketing and not the people doing the work/talking to the customers.
